The location is near to many museums. The Natural History Museum is close. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I like that the rooms is very clean and that the hotel is nice. The employees was helping me with my luggage.

The room was to small. The breakfast had a problem. The food was not provided in the dining area. Instead I had to eat downstairs in the ESQ bar. There was a charge for food that was not ordered.

i was very charmed with the breakfast offerings. a good selection of savory items was available. the decor of the tea room was also nice, i did enjoy it.

the room that i booked didn't have much class, it wasn't what i expected. paint was peeling in the bathroom ceiling. the bed itself was very hard. moving even slightly, the bed shaked and squeaked so loudly.
